Experience a powerful double bill that weaves together threads of tradition, innovation, and cultural storytelling.

Jenna Moynihan (Lakewood, NY) and Màiri Chaimbeul (Isle of Skye) craft contemporary acoustic music rooted in the melodies of Scotland and Appalachia. Meeting at Berklee College of Music in 2012, the duo has since developed a dynamic and intuitive musical partnership. Their sound is both grounded and exploratory, breathing new life into traditional forms while forging new sonic paths. Expect rich fiddle and harp interplay, full of nuance, texture, and connection. “A classic example of how wonders can transpire when you find ‘your people.’” – Folk Radio UK

Rising Mi’kmaw star Morgan Toney brings a fusion of Celtic and Mi’kmaq traditions he calls Mi’kmaltic to the ReJigged stage. Alongside Keith Mullins (guitar, percussion, vocals) and Ryan Robertson (mandolin, vocals), the Morgan Toney Trio offers songs that honour Indigenous stories and languages while celebrating the shared musical roots of Atlantic Canada. His new album, Heal the Divide, is a call for unity, healing, and cultural pride — a bridge between worlds, and a soundtrack for reconciliation.

Marielle Lesperance, one of Canada’s most accomplished highland dancers, brings grace and command to every step, while John Pellerin drives home the unmistakable pulse of Cape Breton with high-energy percussive dance.

This evening of musical conversation, tradition, and transformation is not to be missed.
