Mindful Movement with Kieran Jordan invites participants to come into deeper connection with themselves, with an experience that fosters grounding, release, creativity, and energy flow! How do we “hear” the wisdom of the body, and what it has to teach or reveal? How do we respond? Guided prompts will encourage students to move from within — setting an intention and then following their own intuitive expression through sound and movement. This class is gently-paced and takes place sitting, lying down, standing, and moving through space. All are welcome — no experience necessary!
