Màiri will teach a Scottish Gaelic dance tune or two, working through suggestions of ornamentation, variations and chord options to support the melody and help it flow. You'll learn about the background of the tune and how the Gaelic language impacts the rhythm of the melody. Màiri will teach by ear, with a handout available at the end of the workshop.
