Re-Jigged: A Celebration of New Celtic Music & Dance

Join us for our 3rd annual festival, running Friday, October 19 - Saturday, October 20, 2012  in downtown Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

We're still finalizing our 2012 line-up of performers and instructors, so check back often over the next few months. In the meantime, here's what Re-Jigged 2011 looked like:

Mark your calendars for RE-JIGGED, Nova Scotia’s first independent festival celebrating new directions in Celtic music and dance.

Featuring workshops, master classes, sessions, a gala concert and late-night ceilidh, RE-JIGGED is about learning, sharing and enjoying the best “new trad” Celtic music and dance.

Featuring...

Workshops: Learn or improve your skills with some of North America’s leading performers and instructors in bodhran, Irish, Newfoundland and Cape Breton fiddle, Gaelic song, gypsy jazz guitar, Irish flute, mandolin, sean-nós (old-style) Irish step dance, Highland Dance choreography, tin whistle, uilleann (Irish) pipes, and Scottish smallpipes and border pipes.

Gala Concert: Join us for an exciting two-hour evening concert with leading innovators in Celtic music and dance from across the region and beyond.

Late-Night Ceilidh: After the concert, it’s your turn! Callers from both the Maritime and Irish traditions will have you up on the floor and dancing square sets in no time.

So whether you want to play or dance or simply sit back and enjoy it all, if you like Celtic, you’ll love RE-JIGGED!

Workshop spaces are already starting to fill up and last year's Gala Concert was sold out. Register and pay securely online today!
